Johannes Blauhuth
Managing Director and Partner
At the beginning of 2026, Johannes took over as Office Leader in Munich.
Born and raised in Munich, Johannes has been with BCG since 2010. His passion for people and culture has shaped the Munich office for many years, whether as a Career Development Advisor, a member of the Munich Outing Team, or a judge for business@school. In recognition of his leadership and integrity, he received both the CEO's Purpose Award and the Gamechanger Award in 2022.
As an Equity Partner, Johannes focuses on transforming hidden champions in the Industrial Goods sector and leads the Building Materials and Industrial Distribution topics within MPI. Outside of work, he is a devoted father, an enthusiastic amateur pianist, and enjoys staying active - whether cycling across the Alps or rafting down the Isar River.

Andrej Levin (BCG, Managing Director & Senior Partner) leads BCG X in Central Europe, driving AI-powered transformations across industries. As founder of BCG's global Auto.AI offering and lecturer at TUM, he combines deep technical expertise with practical business impact.
The masterclass explored how BCG and BCG X bring together AI, technology, and business to create tangible impact. We took a critical look at real value creation patterns across industries and discussed what differentiates those successfully leveraging agentic AI from those still stuck at the use-case stage.
"Leading through change" What Does Modern Leadership Look Like?
Linda Kaßelkus-Klein (BCG BER, 2012 – 2016) advises organizations on leadership, transformation, and talent. She began her career at BCG before taking senior leadership roles at Wayfair and Westwing. Today, she is a consultant at Egon Zehnder, where she helps organizations build high-performing teams and lead successful transformations.
Leadership in times of constant change was at the heart of this masterclass. The session focused on how great leaders build trust, inspire high-performing teams, and successfully navigate transformation. Practical discussions provided valuable insights for participants to apply in their own careers.
