Meet your Host
Jens Jahn
Managing Director and Partner
On January 1, 2026, Jens Jahn became Office Leader of BCG Stuttgart. Having started his BCG career in Stuttgart as a Newie, he has always considered the office his professional home – even after spending time in Helsinki and Melbourne. This strong connection to Stuttgart now shapes his role as Office Leader.
As a member of the leadership teams for BCG's People & Organization and Industrial Goods practices, Jens is passionate about fostering collaboration, learning, and an inclusive, people-first culture. His ambition is to ensure that Stuttgart remains a welcoming home for both BCGers and BCG alumni, defined by the warm and down-to-earth spirit the region is known for.
Outside of work, Jens is married and the father of two daughters. He is an Iron Maiden fan, enjoys running and staying active, plays chess, loves literature, and has a passion for classic cars – in roughly that order.
