Meet your Host
Simon Völler
Managing Director and Senior Partner
Since 2023, Simon has been leading the BCG Berlin office. In April 2025, the office moved into its new flagship space, providing a new home for all BCG entities and a modern environment for collaborative ways of working. Born and raised in Berlin, Simon joined BCG in 2008.
As a Senior Partner, Simon is a core member of BCG's Healthcare Practice, bringing 20 years of experience in go-to-market and customer engagement for biopharma clients. He is deeply engaged in helping healthcare clients drive AI-enabled transformation across the organization.
Outside of work, Simon is an unsuccessful tennis player. He is looking forward to welcoming you back to Berlin and reconnecting with the BCG alumni community!

Nikolaus Lang (Managing Director & Senior Partner) leads the Henderson Institute globally and serves as the Global Vice Chair of BCG’s Advantage Practice. His focus lies on geopolitical advisory and mobility related topics across more than 50 markets, including China and India. Since 2021, he also functions as an Honorary professor of Business Administration at HSG.
